Key team members were often working on the floor. This removed them from their primary roles and caused other areas to be stalled.
QSN helped create awareness of the implications of having key members work in other capacities. We identified the facility’s greatest needs and how we could remove key players from being called to work “shifts” routinely. QSN proposed a custom staffing solution.
Key team members working in the correct capacity directly impacted the facility’s ability to expand and open a new wing. With the stabilization of staff, they were able to do so, increase the revenue-generating ability, and proceed with expansion plans.
